What We've Done So Far
We've checked all your photo, video and audio files to ensure quality, backed them up(twice!), ensured all major events are in order and even have the memory cards with your files set aside in a safe place UNTIL we deliver your photos & films! We take backing up and ensuring your footage is safe and secure seriously. It may be over the top to some, but there are no second chances or getting these memories back and we take that responsibility seriously.
We've already made notes about the day, as well as highlighted the best photo and video files for use at first glance. Just to make sure we don't forget anything from the day!
For photos, we've already started your preview and should receive 15-30 photos within 72 hours!
The Timeline
The full photo gallery is usually ready for viewing within 1 week of the Wedding date. We'll keep you updated on the process! Most chapter film edits are ready to view within 4-6 weeks after the Wedding date, but this is always dependent on the time of year and other extenuating circumstances but we always keep you updated and in the loop on the turn around times throughout the process.
The industry standard for branded film houses is usually anywhere from 1 - 6 months for Highlight films. Your Highlight films will be ready for first viewing within 1-3 months after the Wedding date. This is always dependent on the time of year and other extenuating circumstances. I'll usually give you a rough timeline at your Wedding for these!
Our Editing Process
This is what sets us apart from just having someone with a camera there. We sift through every photo, every single last piece of footage, go through countless songs to possibly use on your film, listen to all your audio over and over to make sure we use every great sound byte we can. Investing time into this is something we take a lot of pride in and we think really pays off in the final film and the photos.
On average we take 1-2 week(s) on every single film we edit. A full work week + of just editing on every film! We take the extra time to find those perfect little moments to add into your film at that perfect time. We invest into every edit and really strive to make a film that you'll not just love to share with friends & family but personally love to watch for the rest of your life.
Delivery of Your Photos/Films
When your photos/films are ready to view we will email you with a first cut link. You can view these online as well as download and get back to us with any suggestions.
Delivery is always dependent on your package & add ons but you will always have a shareable & downloadable link to all your photos/films with every package.
For photos you will receive an online gallery link where you can view, download, share and even purchase prints! We do only allow you to download social media "size" photos and do charge for prints. We do this to ensure quality & color reproduction with our lab and take very little on top of our lab's production cost.
If you ordered USB's or physical products you should expect these within a few weeks of online delivery. If you would like to order some or extras, message me!

I am always personally available during the entire process and love hearing your input, even if it just be a simple text message to bounce an idea off of us, a phone call about a certain part of your Ceremony to be included or even just need suggestions for thank you cards, we love that!
