What we've done so far
We've checked all your video and audio files to ensure quality, backed them up(twice!), ensured all major events are in order and even have the memory cards with your files set aside in a safe place UNTIL we deliver your videos! We take backing up and ensuring your footage is safe and secure seriously. It may be over the top to some, but there are no second chances or getting these memories back and we take that responsibility seriously.
We've already made notes about the day, as well as highlighted the best video files for use at first glance. Just to make sure we don't forget anything from the day!

THE TIMELINE
Most chapter edits are ready to view within 4-6 weeks after the Wedding date, but this is always dependent on the time of year and other extenuating circumstances. We always keep you updated on the turn around times and never have had an issue with this.
Highlight films are ready for first viewing within 1-4 months after the Wedding date, but this is always dependent on the time of year and other extenuating circumstances. I'll usually give you a rough timeline at your Wedding for these!

HOW WE EDIT
This is what sets us apart from just having a guy with a camera there. We sift through every single last piece of footage, go through countless songs to possibly use on your film, listen to all your audio over and over to make sure we use every great sound bite we can. Investing time into this is something we take a lot of pride in and we think really pays off in the final film. On average we take 1-2 week(s) on every single video we edit. A full work week + of just editing on every film! We take the extra time to find those perfect little moments to add into your film at that perfect time. We aren't just another Videography service that slaps together some footage half heartedly and calls it a day. We invest into every edit and really strive to make a video that you'll not just love to share on the Gram with friends but personally love to watch for the rest of your life. |

HOW WE DELIVER YOUR FILMS
When your films are ready to view we will email you with a first cut link. You can view these online as well as download and get back to us with any suggestions for our final phone call (noted below) Delivery is always dependent on your package and add ons but you will always have a shareable and downloadable link to all your films with every package. If you ordered USB's you should expect these within a few weeks of online delivery. If you would like to order some, message me! If you have a RAW footage add on we usually deliver these via a hard drive and should expect these within a few weeks of the final online delivery. |

OUR FINAL CALL
Since we usually deliver your main chapter edits before your highlight film, after we email you a link to the chapter edits and you have a chance to view them I will set up our final phone call. This is to see what you like, dislike, look forward to, etc.. in the final film. This is a great way to just chat about the day, set expectations and just make sure we're on the same page before starting the highlight film. |
