FAQ'S Our couple's most frequently asked questions
Do you offer photo & film packages together? Yes! Our bundle packages are fully customized to fit your needs. Shoot me a message to learn more.
If you haven't worked at our venue before, is that a problem? Not a problem! If we haven't shot at your venue we'll usually do a walkthrough before the day or attend your rehearsal and get a better idea of the space, lighting and to ensure we're following any specific Venue rules. We also have a tight knit group of vendors and can always ask them for tips too and will always talk through the day with any venue coordinators as well.
Our venue isn't on either of the lists above, is that an issue? Not at all! There are an extensive amount of getting ready venues, ceremony venues and reception venues and a lot of venues are not listed above. We have also shot backyard Weddings, tons of church Weddings and even elopements so we feel comfortable shooting most anywhere. Just shoot me a message and we can talk more about your day.
We will be planning our Wedding/Elopement from out of state, can you accommodate? Absolutely! I have had multiple couple's live in a different state and get married in Pittsburgh or are even planning to get married outside of Pittsburgh in some way. We handle all contracts, invoices, and general paperwork online and always can have as many video and phone calls as needed to make sure we're on the same page come the day of. Just shoot me a message and we can talk more about your day.
How quickly do I usually get my Wedding photos back from you? We usually deliver all your photos within 2 weeks and get you a preview of the day a few days after the Wedding date.
How quickly do I usually get my Wedding film back from you? We strive to get our all of our Wedding films back to you in 1 month or less but we also want to take our time with each and every couple's films to ensure quality, especially for something you'll be watching for generations to come. We guarantee all films to be completed within 3 months of song selection barring any unforeseen circumstances. We also offer a quicker turnaround service for a fee as well.
Why don't you publicly post most of your work? Since this is such an intimate day and the photos and films are so personal to each of our couples we feel it should be up to you who you share everything with. With that being said when you reach out to us we will usually link some of our most recent example work so you can see even more of our portfolio and what we've been delivering to our current clients. Also be sure to take a look at our venue list above and if your venue is on there, shoot me a message and I can send an example film or photos shot at that venue. Even if it's not on the list we still may have shot there.
Do we get to pick our own songs for our film? Yes! All of our offered Wedding packages allow you to choose the song of your choice. We have a full library of licensable songs to choose from, just message us to see what can be used.
Do you offer any special packages or programs? We offer programs & packages to former and present military and public service members, November through May Wedding dates, off day dates (any day besides Saturday), preferred venue pricing, as well as a referral program! Message us for more info. How can I pay and when is payment due? We accept all major credit/debit cards & e-checks through our secure online payment processor Stripe. We also accept checks, money orders & of course can always arrange a cash payment. As far as payment due dates, a retainer is due upon signing of the contract and the rest of the balance is due by your Wedding date.
Do you include the raw footage for us? We do! Not all Videographers offer this but we include all the RAW footage from your Wedding via a downloadable link & physical hard drive for an extra small fee. This is one of our most popular add-ons to our film packages.
How do you deliver the final product? We always deliver your photos & films via a downloadable and shareable link so you can share with friends and family in a click as and also include a custom USB keepsake box to preserve all your films/photos.
Am I able to purchase prints? Of course! We have a convenient online shopping feature where you, your family and friends can purchase a vast amount of sizes, colors & canvases and can be shipped directly to you. We are doing our own vows, can you use them in the film? We Love when our couples prepare their own vows or write notes to each other and highly recommend it. Some of our very best films have been of couples who chose to write their own vows or at least write a note to each other the day of and read it on camera.
Do you ever get in the way of the Photographers, Videographers, or other vendors during the day? We are Photographers & Videographers too! We have seen how the other Vendors work and are always working with the Photographer or Videographer as a team the day of. One of the first things we discuss with your Wedding Photographer or Videographer is our relationship and how the schedule will play out for the day. We have made great friends when working with new vendors and always have respect and know everyone working with each other is essential to a perfect Wedding day!

Are you willing to travel? I Love to travel! Our most booked city is of course Pittsburgh but also travel to Baltimore, Cleveland, Washington, Philadelphia, Columbus, Akron, New York, West Virginia and anywhere else you have your heart set on. Shoot me a message.
